METADATA KERNEL Issue on Batch Server

Hi Team, We are frequently getting METADATA kernel issue on our batch server which results in multiple job went into the error. In such issue we terminate the METADATA kernel process and it will automatically creates the Kernel again and all jobs starts working fine. Below are the METADATA KERNEL setting from our JDE.ini , kindly let me know if I can change any of below settings to avoid such issue in future.
