Unable to configure gateway host

Hi Teams,

I am unable to configure gateway host after logging into SMC, getting below error messages in the commonLogger.log of AI :

[ERROR] - com.siebel.swsm.config.CloudSourcedConfigReader:getCGHeartBeatWithResponse Error occured while parsing siebsrvr property file or config data is missing in that fileRead timed out

On UI getting this error : Invalid Gateway Host Name and/or HTTPS Port.

I have used following commands to generate certificates and pasted siebelkeystore.jks under AI and SES.

keytool -genkey -alias siebel -keystore siebelkeystore.jks -keyalg RSA -sigalg SHA256withRSA -dname "cn=vviesiebellnx01.sbb01.spoc.global"

keytool -certreq -alias siebel -keystore siebelkeystore.jks -file keystore_file.csr
