Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Promotions - Cancel Parent/loc

I'm facing an issue that when I try to cancel a parent item within an active promotion at parent level:

Isn't supposed to cancel a parent this way? Or the only way is to select the SKUs below that parent and then cancel them?
