Budgetary control

Hi, We are using encumbrance budget, We have defined budget and budgetary organization and assigned accounts which is working fine. Now for the new financial year we have created new budget and budget organization and while assigning account ranges to the new organization getting error of Overlapping.

If we remove the range from previous budget then there will be no control in previous year.

Please advise.
