I currently have a HA pair of 3820s and want to upgrade to 3900s, what needs to be done to the new 3

Would configuring the new 3900s be as simple as backing up the current 3820s and loading it on the new 3900s? I would think I would setup the licensing and entitlements first and the bootparam then just restore the backup. Is it that straight forward?
