Rent Increase "One-Time Back bill"

Hi - We are in process of implementing PN in 12.2.7, Rent Increase is creating OneTime Back Bills in-spite we set the profile as "Single Term".  Any idea?

I did find a workaround by  changing Index Finder as - "Without BackBill".  However this makes us to enter Index values for the exact dates of Terms.  Which I find difficult to manage.
