SINGLE QUEUE JOBS are waiting status in JDE XE version E1

Dear Experts,

We are using JDE Xe version , We are facing differetnt issue, In WSJ all SINGLE QUEUE jobs are waiting status jobs are  not processed its taking soo much time to Waiting to processs jobs .

How can i invistigate on this issue?

Can i restart SINGLE QUEUE JOBS? how please advise?

Please advise on this issue how can i proceed to resolve.
