Password reset multiple times in a day for R12.1.3
Hi All,
Lately lots of our production EBS application users are complaining about Login to 12.1.3
They say even though they are typing correct password, EBS won't allow to login and after "Signon Password Failure Limit" is reached their account is getting locked.
Our ticketing system is getting flooded with password reset tickets. As a solution we have to login to EBS and reset password which is very time consuming for lots of users.
All the password limit profile options are set according to standard policies.
Kindly let me know what/where to check regarding this as multiple users are affected on daily basis.
