AR transactions are not imported to oracle

Dear All,

Can you please let me know the reason why it's getting AR transactions from third party(Control System) Interface Error - GL  Date is out of Open period.

Is there any specify reason for that issue.I want know the it's oracle issue or third party operations user errors.

Normally work around solution here, We have updated the GL Date and imported the Transaction to oracle.

Can you please let me know the root cause of this issues.
