Installation of Two Oracle Database on a Single Win10 Machine

HI, I have a requirement to install two separate Oracle databases in a single Win10 machine.  I am currently involved in a project where we have a need to provide an end to end testing environment.  The development incorporates two databases utilising an Oracle database link.  The testing involved is potentially destructive so I need complete control over the database for possible rebuilds, for this reason using our centrally managed UNIX Oracle environment is not appropriate.  Could someone please provide instructions on how best to go about this.  Neither database will hold large amounts of data, just sufficient to exercise
