SCC_SL_SMSET Uses all of the PSTEMP Tablespace

We are having issues with the SCC_SL_SMSET process in Campus Solutions.  When our functional analyst from the Admissions Team runs the process, 32GB of PSTEMP tablespace get used up and the process stops.  The process uses a file with test scores and imports them into the correct tables. The functional analyst can break the file into multiple smaller files and the process will post successfully, but he shouldn't have to use this work-around to get the correct end result.

We have run into this issue a couple of times now.
