Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The cash drawer is alarming when left open

Hi MOSC,

we have an requirement to have the system sound enabled , but the cash drawer is left open the alarm sound is beeping

is there any way to disable the cash drawer sound alone instead of the system sound

Model of the cash drawer is A776 HP TPG cash drawer

Made the property change in JPOS.xml , but it doesn't work
