Session Warning - eservice or self service customer facing portal, IP 2013

Hi,

We are using IP 2013, self service portal , used by our end customers.

When the customer portal is closed by clicking cross X in the browser, and then try to open another session customer gets "Session Warning" message.

Is there anyway to overcome this, support says this is a bug.

Wondering is there a workaround, stating its a siebel bug to end customers wont help my case. We are trying to make portal more use friendly.

Please let me know.
