Cloud Manager and PeopleSoft Instances

Hi,

I do have the following questions related to Cloud Manager and a PeopleSoft Instance

1.If I do have a PeopleSoft Instance on OCI (say 9.2/8.55+) is there a possibility or way to register this instance along with PS Cloud Manager  with same compartment and so that I can do take care of the Upgrade or update or mid-tier scaling from Cloud Manager? I know that we can do the import of environment but is this feasible?

2.Say If I do have 2 Cloud Manager instances CM07 version and CM08 version residing on the same compartment,how can I possibly transfer the environments registered with CM07 to CM08,can this be achieved,if so what would be the steps without going for an upgrade?
