Record Insertion in F4301Z via XT4311Z2

When records gets inserted to F4301Z Table ? We want to compare Currency Code for Error code 2900 but when we see this table it is blank.

We are following below steps.

1 - Create WO
2 - Enter Part list
3 - Create PO from P13730
4 - Error occurred for Error ID 2900

In my case Header BP and Details BP both belongs to same company. so there no such error should have been thrown.

When we tried to compare Base Currency with F4301Z , we observed that Table is Blank and cant compare it.

Please suggest.
