Confirming Oracle Property Manager Patch set inquiry

Hello

We are currently not using Oracle Property manager but would like to do so with the compliance feature "Oracle Property Manager IFRS & Equipment Lease". We are on R12.2.5

Currently we have not applied any patches.

I have been referring to DOC ID:  2388210.1 and DOC ID: 2482062.2. It is getting a little confusing so wanna reach out to clarify which patch set and in what sequence should be applied.

I understand some Notes are probably outdated. For future readers: Todays date is 27-MAR-2019.
