GM_PROPOSAL record fields

How are the REV_DEC_AWD, REV_DEC_DUR, REV_INC_AWD, and REV_INC_DUR fields in the GM_PROPOSAL record used? These appear as though they are related to revenue, perhaps including Program Income. I am wondering what exactly these fields represent, how they get populated, and what functionality is determined by their values.
