Fail Safe Manager Error changing Sys password

Hi,

 

We are using Oracle Fail Safe 4.2.1.0 for Oracle 12.2.

 

When we are changing the password for SYS using Fail Safe Manager, we recieved the following error message:

 

FS-10890: Oracle Fail Safe failed during the put_data operation

FS-10757: A COM error was returned when trying to send a work item to the worker

FS-10990: The error 0x800403F9 was reported as a system error, but the error message cannot be found

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; login denied

 

Password is definitely correct as that is the one we have been using to login.

 

Anyone have any idea what we are missing?
