Archive and Purge request completes in error

Hi,

  I am testing the Archive and Purge request in a 12.1.3 environment. The request completes in error if the functional amount for the purge period selected, is zero.

Although there is data in the archive header and detail table, the purge requests do  not kick off.

Is that standard process or am I missing something?
