Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

CPUOct2015 applied but opatch lsinventory doesn't list it

EBS R12.1.3 environment running on RHEL 7.

I am running through the Oracle CPU Advisory - January 2019 (Doc ID 2480398.1) and have applied the Database PSU and EBS CPU.

Now I am looking at Table 3: Security Patches for Technology Stack Components With No New Patch in This CPU

For Oracle Fusion Middleware 10.1.3.5 at says to apply Security Patch Update CPUOct2015 (Patch 21845960) .

I did have an issue with one of the patches saying:

OPatch detects your platform as 226 while this patch 21815758 supports platforms:

46 (Linux Intel)

And I didn't see anything in the Readme.txt but I know there is a platform setting I can use to correct that.
