PYNA - Liability Account field in Deduction Table setup. Can something override this value?

We are HCM 9.2 PUM 23. We setup HSA deduction code, employer class and added a liability account on the Process tab of the deduction table. When we run PAYGL01 the account code for HSA employer class (Nontaxable Btax Benefit) Ded Class P, is different than the liability account entered on the setup page.

PAYGL01 does select the liability account setup for HSA for the employee class (Before-Tax) Ded Class B.

Is there another record that overrides this field? We are not seeing anything as we search through the setup pages.
