Error while Discover servers

Hello,

we have changed the  ip address of OVM server.

While discovering the OVM server , it is directing to the old ip address with the following error.

OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: discover_hardware to server: lxintfr08983 failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: 10.104.128.151. Command: discover_hardware, Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: Failed to read server's response: Connection timed out (Connection timed out) [Wed Mar 27 17:54:21 CET 2019]

OVM server old IIP : 10.104.128.151

OVM server new IP : 10.222.144.115

Any help on this topic?
