ORA-01403 no data found issue in oracle AR transaction form

Hi,

I am facing below issue for creating manual AR transaction.

Error: ORA-01403 no data found

        FRM-40735: ON-INSERT Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception.

I tried to create one AR manual transaction for Japaneses customer after entering Invoice class and Invoice Type and enter Customer Name As 'Sony' at Ship to Address and it it throwing above error.This issue only for particular customer.

Please help me how to resolve the issue.
