PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 USF

PeopleTools 8.56

Client is implementing a vanilla instance of PS HCM 9.2 USF with Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) module enabled.

What are the minimum required fields that need to be populated for an external Job Posting?

From PeopleBooks, I was able to get the following required:

  1. Job Opening Type
  2. Business Unit
  3. Job Family
  4. Recruiting Location
  5. Job Posting Title
  6. Federal Information:
    1. VA Number (Vacancy Announcement)
    2. Type of Examining
    3. Extend Date
    4. Date Re-Opened
    5. Cleared Date
    6. Vacancy Fill Method
    7. Early Consideration Date
    8. Last Submit Date
  7. Description Type
  8. Visibility
  9. Template/Job Description (text)
  10. Post Date
  11. In other places I've researched if the job posting is being created without a position, the following fields were needed:
