R31802A in Proof Mode Updates F4801

When running R31802A in proof mode with the Work Order Status proc opt set to not update the work order status, R31802A is still updating the record.  It updates the User ID, Program ID, Work Station ID, Date Updated and Time of Day.   I don't see any other field updated.  This doesn't seem correct. If it is not updating the record, it shouldn't update those fields so it looks like it did.  Or is it updating some other table that I didn't see?  I searched for BUGs or other SRs and didn't see anything.  Is there a BUG for this?
