Siebel DB move from Physical to Nutanix

Hello,

We are planning to migrate our Siebel Production Database from a Physical Server and Clustering environment to a Virtual (Nutanix) environment with High Availability and automatic failover.

Are there any known issues we should be aware of with this setup? This is for IP14 and SQL Server 2008
