Lease Billing Dates.

Hi,

Irrespective of the Start date of the Lease Can i Make it to Bill in the next upcoming Fiscal Quarter?

Ex 1: if a lease starting on 28 JAN 2019 should bill initially till 1 APRIL 2019 on prorate, from then on wards it has to bill for every quarter. Till the lease expires. at the time of expiring it has to calculate from last billing date to lease end date on prorate basis.

Ex 2: if a lease starting on 15 FEB 2019 should bill initially till 1 APRIL 2019 on prorate, from then on wards it has to bill for every quarter. Till the lease expires. at the time of expiring it has to calculate from last billing date to lease end date on prorate basis.
