Interfacing between a third party contracts package and Oracle contracts

We have the Oracle ERP suite, including Projects and a partial implementation of Project Contracts.  We need to expand our use of contract software.  We are definitely looking at Oracle Project Contracts as one solution.  Third party packages are also being considered, however.

Is anyone actively interfacing with any third party contracts products (real time, hourly, daily)?   I would like to hear how it is working for you, and any particular issues you faced.  Contracts can be very detailed, so one specific concern we have is about interfacing changes to existing contracts. 

Has anyone moved away from a third party option and into Oracle Contracts?  What were the driving factors that motivated the change?
