WIP Value Report as a request set

We have many inventory organizations with WIP, so we wanted a request set to make it easier to submit the WIP Value reports each month end.  Out of the box, the report helpfully sets two values and streamlines a third one based on the inventory org the user is in.  That's awesome if you only want to run inventory org, it really does help.  But if you have 20 or 50 inventory orgs, it means you have to choose an org, submit the report, change org, submit the report, and so on, until you submitted it for every organization.
