Can iReceivables process bank account transfer payments without an external payment system ?

hello all,

Can we setup iReceivables to accept customer payments using bank account transfer method without having a external payment system in place?

Client is looking to have a system in place wherein iReceivables can accept the payments from customer for bank account transfers and send a consolidated batch in a NACHA file format to the bank to clear. Client is trying to avoid having an external payment system in place for processing payments.
