Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. SLA Secondary/ALC Ledger Historic Upgrade -- How to run this program

We have created new Secondary ledger and want to use the above program to transfer the historic data.

I attached this program to the GL responsibility, but when I tried to submit the program., the Application LOV does not return any values.

Please let me know from which module(s) this program has to be run.
