RTlog Is Setting Return Line Item Quantity(Promotional Items) As Positive

Hi,

Doc ID 2283651.1 saying that its base bug in xstore v15 need to apply patch. As per the readme file in it, need to apply provided jar but there is no jar in it.

Suspect rtlog is setting as positive when return items are in promotions .

Kindly anyone suggest me on this.
