No Listener logging on ODA X6-2L Patched to 18.3

We have three ODA X6-2L models and each has been patched to the latest ODA 18.3 release.

The patching was staggered over a couple of months and I have just noticed that the Oracle Listener is no longer writing to either the xml or listener.log in the ADR area on any of the servers.

The last date/time in the log files corresponds to the 18.3 patch being applied to the server.

Has anyone else come across this ?  I have an SR with Oracle but not getting far at present.

If I disable ADR in the listener.ora the listener starts writing to /u01/app/18.0.0.0/grid/network/log/listener.log OK but I don't want to do this as I like to have a standard setup.
