When creating any new price change in rpm its going into pricechange.state.conflictChecking and its

hi Guys,

We are working on 14.1.2 version and when ever creating any price change in rpm its going into pricechange.state.conflictChecking even for new item also the case is same.

even there is not found any record into the RPM_CON_CHECK_ERR as well in case of any overlapping issue for price promotion overlap.
