Condition Attachment: Communication Generation

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement where we wish to send attachment only when a specific condition is met. COMMGEN does give an option of including attachment by using Enclosures. However does anybody know if we can only include the Enclosure when a certain condition is met ?

Communications are supposed to be created automatically by 3C Engine.
