New KM Document Regarding Newly Added Menu Task Not Visible for Batch Versions

This KM describes an issue where a newly added task does not display in the menu tree, however, does appear in task revisions.

The newly added task does not display in the menu tree because Version Security is invoked on the executable Batch Version.
