AD/TXK patches show as not applied under OAM->Patching and Utilities
I hope i won't confused you too much. Our Production EBS has all the pre-req AD/TXK pathes already been applied and enabled JWS.
I have fresh clone EBS environment from Our Production EBS where all the pre-req AD/TXK pathes (from PROD) won't show up as "applied" under OAM -> Patching and Utilities.
Result of that, i wasn't able to launch any oracle forms using JWS in TEST. (I follow this document for our cloning procedure for both database and application tier 1383621.1)
