R12108 to Transfer Land Assets

I am trying to transfer my Land Assets which have no Accumulated Depreciation accounts attached to them.

The error that comes back is this:

Cost and A/D must be in the same company

NO CHANGES MADE BECAUSE OF ERRORS

How do I transfer Land Assets?
