Siebel UCM Get Customer Details error SBL-DAT-00356

Dears

since a while we are facing below error with many Customers and we tried to raise the log level many times but error was logged one time with log level 1 and never again

we tried to simulate the same on Thick client and thin client but it is working fine

Error invoking service 'UCM OI Transaction Manager', method 'Execute' at step 'Transaction Manager'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Method 'FieldValue' of business component 'Contact' (integration component 'Contact') returned the following error:

"CSSDatum doesn't support assignment from 'CSSString'(SBL-DAT-00356)"(SBL-EAI-04376)

did any of you face same error before?

what does CSSDatum means?

is there a way to enhance the FieldValue Method to show the Field Name to do a workaorund?
