Cannot Access Oracle Private Cloud

Hello everyone. I seem not to access my PCA at all. I have tried to access it remotely and I then went into the data center but still cannot access it through ILOM. Can someone assist. I left the system working perfectly on Friday and when asking the staff that were on duty during the weekend they state that there was some 30mins power interruption but the systems were never off.
