OTL Workflows for Employees changes in RUP12

Good afternoon,

I am trying to find out if some worklist functionality has been introduced as part of RUP12. The worklist is now sending through a notification to the timecard approver when they have approved the timecard entry.

This isn't something that is currently occuring in production and I can't find anything about it in any of the RUP12 documentation.
