Employee creation workflow

Would like to know the specific steps I need to take to configure a workflow for employee creation.

That is, before an employee details are committed to the system, a workflow is triggered to an approver who has to approve before the details are committed to the database.

I've researched online and can see some two workflow types - which might help in this:

  1. HR Task flow
  2. Federal HR - Personnel Action


However, I need specific steps to activate this and then set them up for use.

Will appreciate any insights.

Environment: Oracle EBS 12.1.3

OS: Linux
