Oracle E-Business suite R12.1 Audit Trail value Based duplicate insert actions one with Insert flag

Hello ,

Good day.

I'm configure Value Based Audit trail in some module from a while but when monitor the audit tables I notice that there are duplicated rows in one transaction like insert a new order the table duplicate all the insertion data as much as the fields add with create the transaction with insert flag and update flag for a one transaction of insertion.

How to prevent the audit from add more row for one transaction and if there a guideline for space management for audit trail I'll be highly appreciated .
