JDE jobs are waiting on single queue jobs in ERP JDE Xe version.

Dear all,

We are using ERP JDE XE version. here we are facing different issue. All single queue jobs are waiting in WSJ.

FYI,

I have checked all DB and Server end we have enough space, even though single and pertucular reports are waiting , could you please advise how can i resolve this issue.
