BIP 11.1.1.9 -> Report Generation fails with "Error Occurred on retrieving data.xml"

We have installed OBIEE v11.1.1.7 in target server and migrated the Catalog reports (Xmlpserver GUI -> Upload) from source to target environment.   We are using EBS Security authentication.

Post that report generation is failing with error occurred on retrieving data.xml.

Tried delete the complete catalog folder 'SHARED_HRMS", re-uploaded.
