Order line stucked in 'Picked' status. Sales order did not generate pick slip report

Order line got stucked in 'Picked' status. Sales order did not generate pick slip report

How can I push the status of the orders to 'Closed' and make it visible to my pick slip report so that the warehouse can print/scan the delivery details in order to proceed with the shipping procedures? Kindly advise what are the steps to take in order to fix this. Thank you in advance.
