Unable to generate consolidated invoice for a set of projects. Issue is when generating the second c

Hi,

I have created a consolidated bill group attached it to 2 projects, created manual billing events, then using the PRC : generate draft invoice for a range of projects, passed the parameter as the consolidated bill group. The first invoice was created, I approved and released it. When creating the second invoice for the same projects using the same method it is giving a blank output.

Do you have any suggestions.
