How to create Custom DFF in JSP Page ?

Hi All,

We have a requirement to store custom values in Trade Management Activity  (AMS_MEDIA_B table). It does not have standard DFF and so we are planning to create Custom DFF. But this is a JSP Page not OAF/ ADF page.

Kindly provide a document to customize JSP Page.
