We have developed custom OAF component and deployed into oracle EBS R12.2.5. We are facing the below mentioned error while trying to commit the custom transaction in oaf page.

In the below custom page, we are created one Header and multiple Lines table and generates the values and set it to the corresponding column of the table and trying to commit the transaction.

Error Codes:
--------------
Unable to perform transaction on the record. \nCause: The record has been deleted by another user. \nAction: Cancel the transaction and re-query the records to get the new data.
