Retro Pay - Best Practices

Hi,


I wanted to see if there was a best practices document for Retro Pay.

I'm sort of looking for something similar to:

EPY: PeopleSoft Payroll for North America FLSA Processing Advisor(Doc ID 1566626.1)

(but for retro!)

Are there customers who have set up their retro pay program and would be willing to share?

Specifically, I'm looking for:

Best practices/configuration if you use both Job and Addl Pay retros

Reports/queries you run to ensure amounts are accurate

Your process in making sure unprocessed retros are cancelled or calculated in a reasonable amount of time

We've had some weird things happen with retro, and I'd like to see if there are others who have had issues and if you've found that some configuration on your part was part of the cause.
